The service helps to structure incoming and outgoing tasks, requests and appeals. You will see what you can continue to do yourself, what you can delegate to team members, and what you can outsource.
As a result, you will begin to work with information systematically — without overload and chaos.
Add all recipients with whom you have work correspondence, requests or tasks. These can be clients, contractors, employees. The recipient "External environment" is already added by default.
At this stage, you record what data or tasks you are sending and receiving from each recipient. This could be, for example, "receiving orders", "sending reports", or "processing requests".
For each information flow, give a subjective rating: from 1 (very fast) to 7 (very long). This will help you understand where your bottlenecks are.
Rate how important the information in each flow is, from 1 (not important) to 7 (very important). This will help us determine priorities.
We will show the "throughput corridor" — flows that are related in importance and time. Flows outside the corridor (red and orange) require attention: they should be delegated, automated or rebuilt.
You will see a clear picture of all the flows: how many of them are ineffective, which ones are overloading you, and which ones are working within normal limits.
Choose which flows can be transferred to employees, contractors, or a new staff member. This is the first step to unloading and increasing manageability.
Get a consolidated report on all flows. It will be useful for planning, delegating and optimizing processes.
